Uber and FNB broken trust

I have had alot of experience with Uber as I have been using it for years. In that time I've experienced them dropping off my food on the side walk and taking a photo of it to let me know and then leave before I could even respond. This specific day, it was even the wrong place and it was a 21 bucket of KFC which is really costly. I wrote to then with no response. Yes, this is only one example, but I have had many more with them. I have let it go and still continued using them despite the many issues I've experienced. But yesterday was something I could not ignore as it was just too far. I booked a Uber home costing R89 and I accepted these high prices but this morning at 4:38am they decided to refund me that R89 and then deducted R117 instead.. just, I don't know.. because they felt like it. So I have 2 problems with that. One... how do Uber have the right to do their own refunds and deductions on my account? That is a big question mark with trust. Then my other concern is, how did my bank... FNB allowed it to happen without my authorisation? So this message is for both Uber and FNB as they are both responsible for robbing me. It's is very concerning to me that this is what can be done by people you trust and I do want others to know what they sign up for when they go with either Uber or FNB.
