Uber and driver ****med me

I requested ride on Saturday night driver asked me how much was my ride I told him R224. He then asked me to pour petrol which I gave R200 and R24 we drove off to my destination till I arrived only to find out while I am at home my actual trip was R88 and on the app showed R224 I reached out to Uber only to get a respond that there was technical issue with driver app and my acc apparently it is linked to "Tom" and I asked them to reimburse or credit my acc with R136. Response was I need to contact the "Tom' I do not even know
