Uber allows drivers to ***** from passengers

I paid the Uber driver named Floribert R200 in cash for a trip costing R26 and asked for the remaining amount to be put onto credit. After 24 hours that credit still was never logged. Instead the driver pocketed the money. When I reported this to Uber they simply said that they suggest I carry the right amount next time. Seemingly Uber condones *****ing from their customers and has no care how people are treated nor for the law itself! I recommend that you never catch an Uber with this man who drives a Chevrolet Aveo in Cape Town as he could possibly ***** from you too and Uber will do nothing about it.
