Uber accomplises in driver theft.

On the 29th off April I booked a Uber delivery to collect a package from me and do a door delivery in a estate in Kyalami. I gave the driver Mxolisi registation number M44CS GP the delivery address, pascode for the gate security and contact details for the person waiting for him. He parked by the gate, waiting long enough to charge me a late fee. He then drove off with the valuable item. I have sent numerous messages on the app because there is no other way to communicate with them and haven't had any real feedback other than automated messages that clearly doesn't have anything to do with my actual complaint.
