Uber- Abusing Customer Trust

I booked a trip and it showed my charge to be R259, they reserved R259 from my bank and when I arrived at the destination that I had requetsed, I got a charge from my bank of R 307 from uber. I tried to email them but the email address is a no reply and I cannot complain via the app as there isn't an option for what my complaint is about. I had two trips today to and from the initial trip was charged R 262 and the second trip from the same place R 307, I was charged for the trip, the distance, time, booking fee,airport surcharges,rounding down, the works for a simple trip that had nothing to do with the airport. I am highly annoyed and I do not trust Uber. I will not use their services again, I'd rather use taxify from now on. I want my money back
