Uber abuses disabled client

Apalling service! Driver Samy Bala couldn't be bothered to pick me up at the pick up point. Stopped a couple of blocks away and told me to meet him there!!! I am disabled so struggled to get there. When i rebuked him for poor service he drove off!!!!! I will NEVER use uber again.....worst ride share app.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
