Uber! Absolute *******!!

Uber is *****ing people’s monies and double charging. Loaded my wallet with R400 for a trip to the airpot costing R282. They underpaid the driver R155 and now he expects me to pay the difference of R127. Meanwhile uber has wiped out my wallet and it is now on zero balance. What happened to the R265 from my R400 after paying R155? And why R155 and not the total cost of the fare when there was more than enough in the wallet. Very disheartening indeed. And the support messages are not even responded to.
