Beyond disgusted in Uber. My sister just lost her phone in a uber and when eventually managing to contact the driver. He said the phone wasn't in the car and that she must have lost it before hand. We used samsung locate and the last time the phone was on was the extact position the uber dropped her off. Uber and I have come along way and I refer the service to most of my family. But because of this, I will stand tall in say after using uber over 300 times. I will never ever use it again. And I will make sure that every person I come in contact with knows about this transgression . Uber now refuses to help and says they believe the driver who is clearly lying. Absolute disgust in their pathetic badly service. I'm now taking this to the police. I have your license plate buddy. Hope God is with you cause if it happens you have that phone. Only he can help you
