Uber

It shocks me the level of unbothered this company has. I request a ride ans driver decided to cancel and the debit for the ride was already taken from my account. I try to request again and instead of bringing it back they attempt to debit me, twice, for the second request and I recieved bank charges related to this activity. Not only was I left stranded but my money was still not returned, it's 3 days later and support on the app hasn't said or responded to anything too. Stay away with your card information, or totally from UBER. They will disadvantage you and create excuses
