UBER

I always use Uber. I always use uber eats and i am furious!!! Today i requested an Uber connect and they were super fast to deduct the R145 from my account and then my trip didnt even go through! what a joke. i called the uber call center and of course they are experiencing "high call volume" so no one could assist me. i have always encouraged everyone to use uber and NEVER again. i cannot believe how they take my money without the trip i booked and then cannot answer or assist in anyway because they have "high call volume". absolute ****!!!
