Uber

Uber has gone rogue. I took a ride that cost me R329, paid R350 in cash. Weeks later I get a message from Uber saying that the driver claimed that I under paid him and they debited R329 from my account without consent or letting me counter argue that I actually paid the driver the correct amount and more. This is really annoying and frustrating. Is Uber trying to say that as a customer paying in cash is vulnerable to a driver claiming that they were under paid and there's nothing we can do about it? Pathetic!
