Uber

Got a ride yesterday to the mall just like any other regular day...well I will cut a long story short,I forgot my phone in the car and driver went off.. fast forward a few minutes later,I realize what happened and I use my partners phone to report the missing item only to not any history of rides to report anything. I've chatted to Uber on Facebook messenger and I keep explaining that it shows no history of rides,they have since asked for my contact details registered on profile and email but nothing has happened. I'm starting think that Uber is run by a ******** masquerading as service business whilst providing non existent support. I called my phone a few minutes later and it just keeps ringing,no help from reporting on Facebook Uber,just frustrated and not being assisted at all.
