Uber

I booked a trip and they charged me twice. They say support is available 24/7 but I called the number and it does not exist I also logged it on the app and there’s no support. I was overcharged and at different times for a trip that was meant to be 148 rand. I stopped my bank card because I thought it’s ***** and now have to go inside the bank to get a new card because of this horrible app and no one is supporting as they advertise.
