Uber *******

Blatantly ****** by Uber.Took a trip this morning for R106 but got charged R206 due to the app not communicating and showing the driver on the same spot along the way for 3 hours after my drop off .The trip even failed on the app due to the fault.I have contacted support and even sent them screenshots of the location stuck on one spot over 2+ hours and they still refuse to provide a refund.All you get is your trip is not eligible.
