I took an uber from commissioner street in town to Centurion. I was quoted R245 and the driver came, on our way we were met by traffic officers who stopped us and searched the car. When we got to waterfall the driver discovered that he had a tyre puncture and we drove to the nearest filling station to ask for help for the tyre. At the filling station the driver asked me to give him R50 So he could pay the petrol attendant that helped with the tyre. When we got to my destination the driver told me to pay him what I was quoted initially because I didn’t cause the delay. For almost a month now I can’t use uber because they claim I didn’t pay the driver which I did in cash. They claim that they have been calling me even though I have indicated that my number has changed. This provider has become a ****
