**** Uber!

I caught an Uber ride home one night from my local pub. The fare was R76. A few days pass and I notice a charge of R426 comes off my account. I tried contacting Uber via the mobile app, I got a response from Uber telling me the driver discovered a mess in his vehicle and decided to charge me for the clean up. Now please can someone explain to me how this works?!? Where is the ****ing proof that I made a mess?!? I had nothing on me to even do so. The driver decides to make some extra cash and charges for something that didnt even happen! I have requested a refund and Uber responds with what seems to be an automated message telling me the funds will be reversed. My Uber trip was on the 01/01/2022 today is the 13th and I dont see any refund what so ever! **** Uber and **** that little **** driver!
