Uber

So, this morning I ordered an uber. My driver arrived. He left my premises without me and without cancelling the trip. He then drove to the destination I had put into the app. I tried to cancel the trip, but the app said I would be charged for the part of the trip that the driver drove. I complained to uber and they said this was a legitimate trip because he did the distance, regardless of whether i was in the uber or not. And that I should have cancelled if I was not in the uber. So, I would actually like to give them no stars.
