Uber

I would like to give a below zero if I could. 30-40 min ago I’ve called Uber taxi to Rahima Moosa hospital and driver arrived , but refused to fetch me from usual collecting point , he wants me to walk to another gate and it was very dangerous (darkness, stray dogs, ********s outside). I was trying to explain him, that this is a usual collection point, whole night patients are getting collected from this point but he was swearing on me, insulting me and finally other driver , normal one fetched me from the usual point. It is absolutely unacceptable that we don’t have even phone number to report so rude and unprofessional drivers who is putting us in huge danger and making us feeling frustrated and depressed.
