Uber ****

Today I requested an Uber ride the driver who accepted my ride was still finishing a trip. Upon finishing his trip he reset the ride to picked up whereas he never came to my pick up point. As I was watching on the app the driver was moving away from my location and my destination. So I had to cancel the ride as that driver was ****ming me. For cancellation I was charged R49 by Uber and this is not the first time this is happening to me. Previously they never refunded me. Any advise on how to proceed with this issue is welcomed.
