Uber

Last night my ride was a night mare. Uber driver accepted my ride and never came to pick me up. After that he started the trios. My request was from Ruimsig to kempton park. I had to make means to get home after that Uber chargers me R350 for a ride that I have never took. I tried to contact their support no response from them. It's so painful of what they did to me. I had to ask friends for assistance know they deducted from my account. Please help me to get my money back. Why does Uber take time to resolve our issues. I have his screenshot
