Uber

I was overcharged for a tip I gave and there is no way that I can contact Uber despite going onto their website and trying the help desk because their automatic reply states 'UNABLE TO HELP'. When phoning the number supp**** on Uber website one gets an automated response saying that the number you have dialed does not exist. Does anyone know hoe one can reach them?
