Uber

Hi yesterday I booked a trip for my boyfriend an daughter the trip amount was R102. A driver accepted but Then the driver canceled but up until today I stil didn get the reversal. And the trip details doesn't show on the uber history where my trips isbut luckily I took a screenshot. Then lastnight I received a small notification that a R78 for a uber trip has been deducted but I was in bed that time. An once again no history of the trip... Please help
