Uber ***** .

Sat night inrequested a uber pick up q package I was charged R74. The driver picked up my parcel and then msged me to ask where it must go to .the delivery address was my address so I couldn't understand why he asked so I typed it in again. He took long to reach my address and when I received a notice that it wasnt delivered I checked address it was 435 voortrekker Road maitland.which is a sasol garage .I tried calling uber he didn't answer .then inreported it and no response from uber .I had 1 person youseff reply a few days later to say they sorry and will connect me with driver. No reply yet .the package was valued at R200 .and uber still hasn't treated this as urgent.
