Triple charged on a single trip

On the 8/01/2017 I requested a ride from Uber the ride cost an amount of R23 but upon deduction I was deducted an amount of R107 from my credit card, I queried with the bank and it was confirmed that Uber was responsible I should check it out with them...when I asked Uber they requested my bank statement I sent it but I was told they don’t have that amount with them they only took the R23... why is no one taking responsibility of this and this is not the first time they’ve done it... why do you guys have such a problem when it comes to billing??? I need answers!!!
