Trip was cancelled by the drivers

<p>I am so annoyed with Uber. They are now getting so greedy. It may look like its not alot of moey but it is to me. every cent counts in my pocket. Last night we ordered an Uber. Somehow there was some confusion with the first driver, then he got someone else to come pick up my daughter. When she gets to her destination she gets told to pay more than what she was suppose to pay. We did not cancel the trip so why did we have to pay that cancellation fee. No one can contact Uber themselves because their contact details are not clear. This is one of the reason I dont travel with Uber like before. Unacceptable</p>
