**** Trip that I never happened

I booked an Uber from my home to the airport, driver was Maku &car was a Toyota Corolla. My card payment went off R127 nd it said 6mins away. A Few minutes later the app was showing I was on my way to the destination but I was never picked up. Next thing it showed trip completed. Reported it but they are telling me their data shows I was traveling with the driver. My biggest fear is that if they can’t track their drivers what about our safety and what about our hard earned money we are losing. I tried reasoning with them asking how can a 25km trip finish in 6 minutes? Does that make sense?. They have launched uber teens now and how are we supposed to trust them with our kids if they can even track their drivers? Or protect us from these kind of ****s
