Trip from hell

I'm so ****ed, today I requested a trip to Joburg CBD, Wanderers Taxi rank.. Driver took an off ramp where he was not supposed to, and then when we got to town, he took a wrong entrance into town and we got stuck with the taxis on small street.. And that's not all, as we were approaching Wanderers Taxi rank, he reverses and goes around the rank to the back, only to be stuck again, he then stops and drops me off and he says "I'm sure you can walk from here my sister, it's not that far" mind you, I'm already late, I've been stuck in this hot car for almost an hour.. A whole hour on a 30/35min distance..how is that fair, Uber does not want to refund me.. The trip was R191 initially and Iwas charged R249..
