If I could give uber a minus -0 I would so with no doubt.

Two months back uberone gave an offer to use for 2 months free but deducted the amount and never refunded me back. on the 28th May 2024. I see an unrecognized charge I then loged a complaint and updated my banking details. they refused to refund I then put back the back card I used before then they come back to tell it was someone in my family who used the card and I then let them know that person did not use the card on that said date and they are refusing to refund me. even though I clearly state that we did not use uber on that said date
