Traumatic experience I was left to

On the 19th July 2025 at 17:30 , I was requesting from umlazi to town. The trip was 187 and it was debited from account, trip was then canceled upon drivers request cancelation fee of 35 was made as a total of my trip instead of refunding me back 152 as only 35rand should have taken. Instead I'm getting poor customer service l, no sense of urgency or whatsoever. I got ****med by UBER I can't even get through their calls 😡😡😡😡😡😡
