Totally useless taxi service

<p>My son travelled to university in Port Elizabeth by bus and I arranged with him that I would organise an Uber cab to pick him up rather than the regular cab we usually used.</p> <p>I set up all the details and bank details on Uber so that I could book a cab for him.</p> <p>When he arrived - late at night I tried to organise a cab. I repeatedly got "there was a server error handling your request". No matter what I did I could not book him a cab and kept getting the same error.</p> <p>The problem with Uber is there is no help line or contact detail to sort out problems you are just stuck.</p> <p>After 30 wasted minutes of trying we organised a regular cab and he got home safely.</p> <p>I will never use Uber again</p>
