Took my money

I was in pretoria trying to look through uber to see how it work, looking what the costs is, browsing for a ride to the airport for the next morning. When all of a sudden there was money taken out of my bank account without any form of verification! I still haven’t got my money back 2 days later, and can’t find any way of contact, number or email of uber?
