TOLL FEES CHARGED WITHOUT REASON

I took an Uber on Friday 16th December 2022 from Sheffield Beach to Amanzimtoti. I took the same Uber back in the evening. The route travelled is along the N2 highway north and south. We pass through the Tongaat Toll Plaza. This toll has not been charging since the floods in April 2022. On my bill I have been charged R13.00 South and again R13.00 North but the driver was not charged nor was Uber. They fail to see why I am complaining. Can you assist please ?
