This morning I requested Uber to my workplace

This morning I requested Uber to my workplace. His name is Gezani Robert. Driver. Drives Hyundai Accent. The driver never came and I had only last money and was late for work. My last money was withdrawn from my account. I'm very disappointed and after waiting and loosing my money. Please advise
