Thieving Uber driver

Uber drivers have become so unreliable, it is not funny. I have had more than 3 drivers promising to credit my change and never doing it. When I contact Uber support, they tell me they have reviewed my trip and there is no need for change. Can you imagine? I am so upset right now and so hurt. I know I have had bad experiences with Bolt and never expected this from Uber. I think the drivers know that nothing will happen to them even if we complain. I hope and pray that we get better, reliable public transport in South Africa so that we are never subjected to such nonsense.
