Thieving driver

You have a driver - Charles ********** 916. He fetched a friend of mine in Fishoek & dropped him at De Waterkant Cape Town. On arrival the cost came to R320.00. My friend couldn't find his credid card to draw the money and the driver said that he can get the luggage when he make payment. I went around today to pay and he insisted on R700.00 before releasing the luggage. I am utterly disgusted! If no feedback from uber head office - CT... I will take it to every social media site possible. Regards
