I am utterly disgusted with uber services like seriously, Yesterday and today I was charged R25 cancelation fee by three of your drivers. All these three drivers cancelled on their own, the waiting time was not even 5 minutes, firstly they take they own sweet time to arrive, Yesterday Volkswagen Polo at 06:35 driver by Theodore cancelled, This morning Chevrolet Aveo by a name of Nyasha did the exact same thing, cancelled the trip and I was charged R25. This is utterly unacceptable rectify this immediately by crediting my account.
