Guys..

This happened to me.

I booked a Uber and when the driver arrived 1st demanded me to pay cash and see if I can get a cash payment instead of paying on the App because he does not have the funds to do the trip - I asked him to change and get me another driver. He eventually agreed on taking me where I wanted to go - we passed tollgates which I had to pay - He stopped and took over 40 min to get money to out petrol in - I was charged for the wait and I was charged for tollgates as well as tollgates I did not pass... I am not eligible for a change on my amount that has to be paid so I'm paying over R400 exstra from my initial amount - this is *******!! And yes I did take my proof and went to someone so case pending just want to say Uber you can only **** this far until people will take it in their own hands!!
