THEFT, Uber debited my bank account for 9 trips not used

My bank account was debited with 9 transactions by Uber on the 30 April 2023 and 01 May 2023, of which trips I did not make. I contacted Uber and supp**** all the information requested, bank statements, card details and a screen shot from my Uber app which indicates my last trip with Uber was the 17 March 2023. Uber has come back saying that they cannot pick up these transactions on their side hence they cannot make a refund. This is an unsatisfactory response as I have sent in proof of the transactions and Uber reverted in 10mins of me sending the requested documentation, leading to the fact that a proper check/investigation was not conducted. I want my refund because I have not done these trips
