Theft by Uber driver of cash paid for trip. Vehicle registration "COVID ZN"

I used an Uber service on the 2 April, vehicle reg was 'COVID ZN". Trip cost was R329 for I paid in cash R350 including tip. When I trying booking a ride now it says that I didnt pay for the cash trip. I am not sure what is going on but I cannot use Uber for business travel at present because this is affecting my business account. Please advise as to what is going on, I cannot reach the driver because the ride is not reflecting on my "ride history", meaning I cannot log a dispute. Hugely disappointed that a driver can actually commit theft and get away with it. Again the vehicle is a small white sedan with the registration plate "COVID ZN". I can be reached on +***. I would like to log a police report and charge him for theft.
