Theft

The behaviour of the driver was unacceptable and constitutes as theft. During the trip the driver falsely claimed that my destination had somehow charged in the app. He then insisted that I hand him my personal phone. Upon receiving it proceeded to manually change trip destination to a different location as a stop and added an unauthorized tip of R300 to his own fare .
