THEFT

We used an Uber last week to go to a year end function. We put some gifts for our employees in the boot and unfortunately forgot them. We called the Uber to ask him to come back but he hung up the phone and we were unable to contact him again. We then went through Uber's "help" system and they said they also tried to contact the driver but had no response and that we had to report it to the police. I don't think the police will waste their time on some Christmas gifts. I am extremely disappointed by this blatant theft and lack of assistance from Uber HQ.
