The Trash that is Uber!

I am disgusted! So I CANCELLED Uber One months ago. I have not been charged forever because, as stated before, i do not need it. Not only did they then charge me MONTHS later, but they also debited from a card i did not give authorization to debit, calling it a "backup payment". This is *****ulent. This is why people prefer to use Bolt and InDriver. Then, to make matters worse. Actually talking to someone in customer service is a song and dance and next to impossible. This cannot be the best e-hailing service, NEVER!
