The disappointing professionalism of some Uber drivers

The experience I've had with Uber today in Cape town is truly unbelievable and i certainly don't mean that in a good way... So i decided to request an uber and the uber that was assigned to me pulled up and took someone else then as it left, they debited my account ... now imagine my frustration and anger, having to wait in the rain for the uber then someone else gets in and i pay for the trip aswell. On top of that i had to request another uber and had to pay again for the trip... I'm yet to receive a response from uber and my money back. Definitely the worst experience yet with uber!
