Terrible Uber Service

<p>I had a emergency i could not use the service due to the attached error.I've made them aware on numerous occasions instead of removing the block the advise me to try other payment methods!i told them i dont have a credit card nor do i have a coupon code but they refuse to assist me</p> <p>DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!SieS!!!!@</p>
