Terrible Uber drivers and terrible company

I requested a trip and then one guy accepts and asks me where I’m going from the drop off point and then outside me to another driver. Driver 2 goes right past my house to drop someone off and mind you that I’m in a rush plus my drop off point was on route as well. This is the third time Uber has done this and also taken money that was not owed to to them
