Terrible UBER drivers

I was involved in an accident where a UBER driver drove into my car. I was stationary at the time. Trying for over a month for UBER to refund ny excess amount only to be told they do not recignise the driver. That is totally unacceptable and they are not as pervtheir statement "acting with integrity" or security checking their drivers. Terrible service.
