terrible support system...

the uber support is really not helpful AND the information on Google is wrong, there's no office in Greenpoint and then it's impossible to call them when it's urgent. I've told them over and over again that my history is gone, not even the trip when i lost my phone is registered and i asked them three times to recover my trip history but they ignore it. they told me to wait for a call but how can i do that when someone kept my phone...?!
