<p>I requested a ride on the 25.07.2017, from 6th Rooth Alexandra to 147 Kew , i could see on the Uber App that the driver was lost so i decided to call the driver him on ********** , he told me that the address that i had was incorrect hence he got lost, but when i checked on the Uber App i had the correct address, i tried to explain to him but he was rude and he did not want to hear what i had to say, i told him the address again over the phone and i even asked him if he knowe Alexandra he said he did and asked me to wait for him outside, it was late but because i decided to wait for him outside, after i waited for more that 15 minutes, cos i saw he was not coming i decided to call him, he didnt answer and next thing i see on the Uber trip saying am on my way to my destinantion but the driver never pitched, he did not even bother to call me to inform that he was lost, instead he was rude and decided to lie about him taking me to my destination, i tried to call him again he did not answer and then next thing am being charged R20 for the trip, i think Uber drivers are taking advantage of us because Uber has excess to our credit card account, i do not understand how Uber can hire ********** because what Elis Lwane did id *****, if he can lie about fetching me and cashing in what more can he do to us female passegers, am scared to even request Uber now because i do not know what kind of person they might send to fetch me.</p>
