Terrible service by Uber Ehailling services

My Daughter requested a ride from Uber and the Driver that was supposed to pick her at westgate mall his name was Devine and the registration number is KV 05 KK GP upon his arrival the guy started screaming saying she wasnt supposed to wait at the entrance 1 then my daughter cancelled the ride as she saw that the situation was hostile and the driver was very rude, then a driver chased her saying that she wasted his time and she better watch herself as he will kill her immidiately after the bystander saw the altercation they intervene and eventually the guy left, i then contacted Uber complaints depertment and i spoke to a consultant by the name of Samuel and he insisted that we should report the matter to the police they are not involved in the matter between the client and their driver and wanted me to confirm my last degit on my bank card which i found it weird, so i need know if this is how uber ehalling services operate their business and their driver they allowed or suppose to assault female client without any reparcation and their client services department also they don't help us in ant way whatsoever. am very disappointed by uber and i wouldnt recommend it anyone to utilize their services and its a matter of time before they kidnap or kill our children no more uber ehailling
