Terrible service by Uber

Uber keeps charging me upfront for the full fee and I dont know how many times they have not arrived, they dont call me, and then cancel the trip. Then I have to order another Uber, and I thus pay double the price. This Saturday I ordered an Uber, and came outside to find the Uber waiting, then he talked to me and cancelled the trip as he said he waited for more than 5 minutes. He was so rude, and arrogant. I am never taking an uber again! Taxify is a much better service!
